- Various different types of plans (Test plans, Development plans, SQA plans and SCM plans) maybe developed to support the main software project plan that is concerned with schedule and budget.
- The project manager creates the project management plan based on following input documents.
- RFP(request of proposal)
- SOW(statement of work) or Work order
- project plan template
- Project plan should be reviewed & approved. Once PMP is approved, configuration controller will create baseline for PMP (PMP 1.0v) and he will update same in configuration repository (fireserver or VSS).
